Studies are conducted on a part-time basis in the form of weekend meetings (Saturday, Sunday) in accordance with the schedule of postgraduate studies.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Postgraduate studies are addressed to graduates of civil engineering and all related studies, as well as economic, financial and legal faculties. To become a postgraduate student, all you need is a bachelor’s or engineer’s degree.

The aim of the postgraduate studies is to trace the course of the investment process in the construction industry from the investor’s perspective, along with signaling potential threats to the implementation of the investment and indicating the spectrum of various issues in the field of management, legal conditions of the investment process and many others in this field. The implementation of construction works is preceded by a whole set of preparatory activities, such as determining the development conditions, developing designs or obtaining appropriate administrative decisions. All activities aimed at the implementation of a construction project, starting from the determination of development conditions and ending with the commissioning of the facility, are referred to as the construction investment process. Graduates of postgraduate studies will have a spectrum of knowledge in the field of investment process management and will be experts in this field, who will prove themselves both in Large International Corporations as well as in Public Administration.

Postgraduate studies “MANAGEMENT OF THE INVESTMENT PROCESS IN CONSTRUCTION” will be conducted on the basis of an agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation concluded on 2 January 2014 with the Warsaw University of Technology.
